This autumn, the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama will be commemorating the seventieth anniversary with a range of public events, concerts and exhibitions.
This summer, Jack will be making his Welsh National Opera main stage Debut as ‘Second Prison Guard’ in Dead Man Walking, the first opera by Jake Heggie with a libretto by Terrance McNally.
Join Jack as he enters the competition’s eighth season, this year showcasing our finest singers as they strive to achieve a place in the June final.
This September, in addition to his lessons with Adrian Thompson, Jack began studying with Scottish baritone and opera icon, Donald Maxwell.
The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama is to set up a dedicated opera school, in partnership with Welsh National Opera.
We are pleased to announce that Welsh National Youth Opera's production of Kommilitonen! by Sir Peter Maxwell Davies was awarded 'Best Opera Production' at the Wales Theatre Awards 2017 on Saturday evening at the Taliesin Arts Centre, Swansea.
In January, Jack was accepted onto the RWCMD Hire a Performer Scheme alongside his friend and colleague Conal Bembridge-Sayers.
